The short version

Votewire is a free tool for making quick polls. Use it to ask real questions and get real answers — not to spam, harass, or break the law. We can remove content or access that violates that.

No accounts, no guarantees on poll permanence

Votewire doesn't require sign-up. Because of that, there's no login recovery, no "my polls" dashboard, and no guarantee a specific poll code will be preserved forever. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Acceptable use

Don't use Votewire to:

• Post illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens, or defames someone
• Spam, phish, or attempt to collect personal information from voters
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service

We may remove polls or restrict access for violations of this at our discretion.

Votewire Pro

Pro is a paid subscription ($5/month at time of writing) that adds password-protected polls, CSV export, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed and processed through Stripe and can be canceled at any time; canceling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

No warranty

Votewire is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we're not liable for lost polls, downtime, or decisions made based on poll results.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
